Kavala is a great Aegean port town, not too little, not too big. It offers an amazing value for travelers since it has great bars, cafes and restaurants at a very reasonable price. It has something for everyone, history, culture, shopping, cuisine. There are some luxury places and some cheap (yet very good) places. A great city!
A great city! The old town is beautiful and the views of the city are amazing! The center is easily walkable and the shops combine both big chains as well as small local shops, so everyone can find what they are looking for. There are a myriad of options for coffee or food. We had the best fish in Kavala! Lastly, the beaches were by far the best in Northern Greece, with fine sand and crystal clear waters! All in all, it is definitely worth a visit!

A beautiful city with picturesque town planning. An interesting piece of history. Variety of shops, delicious food, fresh seafood. Fresh fruits and vegetables. Every Saturday there is a large market in the city with agricultural products of producers from the region. Parking problems. Not enough parking spaces. There are only three paid parking lots in the central part. One of them is by the port, which is quite far from the city center.TsenkaBulgaria

There are a lot of facilities for a family stay - fridge, kitchen, big table, and a smart tv with wi-fi. It's in a relaxed area of Kavala and parking is available nearby, which was very important for us. There's a nice beach nearby. There are supermarkets and a bakery nearby. Private parking, location, decor, cleanliness- of course, all of those things are first rate. What really elevates this hotel is the staff- especially Maria and Vicky, who went above and beyond to help with a medical problem of my wife. They also made great effort to make sure we were comfortable and to give us pointers about restaurants and attractions in Kavala. Don’t bother staying anywhere else!

It's in a quiet area, there's a lidl supermarket across the street. Everything was spotlessly clean. It's a great location for visiting by car nearby beaches, Kavala old center and kavala waterfall. The host is very kind and helpful, she provided great recomandations for places to visit in the area.
